Building off of survey data, market research, competitive analysis, and discussions within the industry, Forked Lightning works to provide insights and recommendations that serve the global games industry.

About Alex Engel

Alex has worked within the video game industry for over a decade for studios like WB Games and Disruptor Beam, and is passionate about using data to drive thoughtful design. He also has experience working within the regulated gaming space, driving the Loyalty and Gamification programs at DraftKings, a leader in sports gaming. He is a regular speaker at events like the Penny Arcade Expos, and has served on the board of the Boston chapter of the IGDA.

His game credits include the Lord of the Rings Online, Dungeons and Dragons Online, Asheron's Call, Game of Thrones Ascent, Star Trek Timelines, and The Walking Dead: March to War.
